A: Our jewellery is made out of 925 sterling silver. 925 sterling silver coated in 18k or 24k gold. Bronze coated in 24k Gold. Silver plated or gold plated. Alternatively our costume/fashion jewellery are made of synthetic materials. In each description of the jewellery we have provided detailed information about the metals and the stones used in each piece. Q. Are the stones that are used in our semi precious/precious jewellery real? A: Absolutely yes. All the gemstones are 100% genuine. The pearls we use are cultured pearls. Q. Where does the jewellery come from? A: The majority of our jewellery is either handmade in Istanbul situated in Turkey or India. Q. Does the jewellery come gift wrapped? A: All our jewellery comes in a branded Mahlika Jewelry satin pouch Q. How long do I have to return it if it’s not right for me and I have decided that I don’t want to keep it? Or the piece doesn’t fit me and I want an exchange? A: Please make sure you return your item to us within 14 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please note that you can only return goods that have not been damaged and are in a saleable condition. Anytime exceeding the 14 working day time frame goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes. We advise you to use royal mail special delivery and insure the piece at its exact value. We take all complaints very seriously and they will be dealt with as soon as possible. Q. How are payments taken? A: All payments are taken through PayPal. At checkout you will be redirected to PayPal’s card payment page. You do not need an account with PayPal to purchase products you can use a guest checkout. Treat Paypal guest checkout as any other card payment gateway. All you need to do is enter you card details and confirm payment. Paypal does not keep any card details, it is an extremely safe way to pay for goods. When you place an order with www.mahlikajewelry.com we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Similarly when your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming this. Q. How can I make sure my payment is secure? Is it safe to pay with my credit/debit card? A: Security is a priority to us at Mahlika jewelry and we want your shopping experience to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible. PayPal uses state of the art data encryption software. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key meaning that credit/debit card information is heavily safeguarded and cannot be accessed. Q. Can I pay by cheque? A: Yes we accept cheques. Please make sure you have included the product number, name of product and your email address. All cheques are made payable to Mahlika Jewelry. Please note that your order will not be processed until the cheque has been cleared. We will send you an email to inform you when your jewelry order is ready to be processed. A: Due to the fact that many of the pieces are handmade and made to order please allow up to 10 working days.Within the UK this may be quicker, for international orders please don’t be alarmed if you have to wait a little longer.If orders are going to be slightly longer we will always contact you to inform you. If you do have any concerns about delivery times please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We understand how important birthdays and special occasions are so we will do our very best to meet your demands. Please note that we will not be held responsible for postage delays outside of the UK. Q. How are my goods shipped? A: For all orders in the UK we use royal mail 1st class recorded. This means that your parcel will be tracked. Please note that a signature will be required, in the case that nobody is available to sign for the parcel then a card will be left leaving you the option to re arrange delivery. For international shipping we use royal mail international signed for. Please note that a signature will also be required. Q. What are the shipping charges of my items? A: The costs of these are: UK: Royal Mail 1st class recorded £4.99 . Europe and rest of the world: £10.99 Please note that customers are responsible for any taxes or other duties that are incurred in the country of destination. Q. Is my order insured? A: Yes your order will be insured up to the equivalent value of your item whilst in transit. Q. Can orders be traced with a tracking number? A: Yes we can track your order while it is in the UK. We can provide you with the tracking number upon request. Please note for international delivery we can not track your order once it has left the UK. Q. Will my piece of jewellery look exactly the same as it looks in the images? A: Due to the fact that these pieces are handmade and natural stones are used please allow for very slight changes, For example the stone may be a slightly different shape. The stone used may be slightly lighter or darker than the picture. We don’t see this as a bad thing, its makes you order unique to you!! Q. Can I request different sizes for other pieces of jewellery? A: We have provided detailed measurements for each piece of jewellery but if you have specific size requirements for example a very petite wrist size or a slightly larger wrist size and you know the standard sizes will not fit you then please do not hesitate to contact us, as most of our jewellery is made to order adjustments can be made. If the piece is not made to order then adjustments cannot be made. |
