RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at Mahlika Jewelry we want you to love your piece of jewelry - if you don’t think it is right for you and would like to return it then please return your item to us within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund minus the postage fee. (you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.) Please note that the goods have to be in the exact same condition as we sent them to you - we do not accept damaged goods Any time exceeding the 14 working day time frame goods unfortunately cannot be refunded so to avoid disappointment please follow these guidelines.
In the case of your purchase not fitting properly and you would like to exchange it for a different size then please send your original purchase back to us within 14 working days of receipt and we will send out your replacement as quickly as possible. Again please note that the goods have to be in the exact same condition as we sent them to you, we do not accept damaged goods Any time exceeding the 14 working day time frame goods unfortunately cannot be exchanged so to avoid disappointment please follow these guidelines.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item or incorrect item please do contact us immediately either through the website or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out or alternatively a full refund.
